businesses and local entrepreneurs to thrive. The call to “Shop Local” has vast positive

effects on the community at large. You don’t see CVS Pharmacy sponsoring dozens of

Chelsea teams and groups in charitable contributions.

• Empowering Growth, Not Dependency: Favors practical tools and support systems that

enable individual and business success. Desires for the municipality to actively support

the Chelsea citizen’s “pursuit of happiness.”

• Responsible Growth Planning: Seeks to balance opportunity and risk through careful,

tactful development strategies.

• Family-Focused Economics: Advocates for initiatives that create more time and

resources for what matters most to families: family, friends, faith, hobbies, leisure,

personal finances.

Fiscal Stewardship

management of resources. Government should serve the people, not the personal interests

of those in power. Against waste, greed, and self-service.

congestion and improve quality of life. Desires an appealing, peaceful landscape to that

which we call home.
